Selection Process : 1. Junior Engineer and Panchayat Sahayak: The candidates against the posts of Junior Engineer and Panchayat Sahayak will be selected through a written test. The written test will be of 150 marks and questions will be on the  following subjects: i. General Aptitude ii. General Knowledge. iii. Numerical Aptitude. iv. Computer Skills. v. General English. 2. Panchayat Development Officer: The candidates against the posts of Panchayat Development Officer will be selected through written test and oral interview. The written test will be of the same nature as mentioned in para- 1above and candidates will be shortlisted as per merit in the ratio of 1:3 based on their performance in the written test. The shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for  an oral interview which will be of 20 marks. The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks secured by the candidate in both written test and oral interview
